We will happily bill your dental insurance on your behalf if we are provided with the necessary information to do so. In the absence of insurance, or for any estimated patient out-of-pocket portion, payment for services rendered are due at the time of service. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for any fees charged and not paid by their respective insurance for any reason.
For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, NFC payments, cash, and check.
We will gladly reschedule any existing appointments with advance notice of at least 2 business days. Inside of this short notice window, a $75 fee will be charged.
